Important Notice: QBO Updates and Your Course Materials

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is constantly being updated, which means that sometimes the new QBO changes may look different from the screen captures and instructions in your textbook.

If there's a major update that affects your coursework, we’ll post an update here to help guide you through the changes.

Specific updates for your QBO 2024 ebook are listed below.

Stay informed by regularly checking these resources to ensure you're working with the latest information.

Important Update: Changes to Transaction Journal Location on QBO Invoice which may affect Chapters 5 7 8 and 11

Please be aware that QBO has moved the Transaction Journal feature once again on the Invoice screen. It is now located at the bottom of the Invoice window under the More Actions menu.

This change may affect instructions in Chapters 5, 7, 8, and 11 of your course materials. Be sure to check this new location when accessing the Transaction Journal.

We recommend adjusting your workflow accordingly to stay up-to-date with this QBO update. [Update 2024.10.07 Special thanks to Sara Barritt for letting us know about this update]
